  Pleasant, helpful staff. Toilet was not adequately cleaned & on duty manager made certain room met our needs. Coffeemaker in room or complimentary lobby coffee would be a good additional amenity. Room is well laid out, on the small side, but it worked well for us. Location of hotel was perfect for our needs. Overall, a very good experience.

  The room was fine, although we would have preferred to have had one with twin beds. Having meals available from the kitchen was useful, although the choices were rather basic and the quality only moderate. The staff were very helpful at all times. Value for money was generally good.

  Well located, in the city centre, about 10-15 minutes away on foot from all the sightseeings. The room is O.K., the bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is alright.

  I always stay here when I'm in Bilbao. Can't believe it has only 1 or 2 stars. Rooms are spacious and hotel is very centrally located.

  The staff were excellent. The location of the hotel is very good. There are lots of bars and places to eat nearby. The food in the hotel was excellent too & the local red wine at the bar was very nice. Overall an excellent place to stay.
